I had a pretty bad bought with it last night. I've got posts here at about 2:30 a.m and 6:50 a.m., which is a telling combination.

You BOUGHT your insomnia? Uggh.
I had a few bouts with it recently, but at least now I'm back to sleeping 7 hours a night.

Before I switched to working freelance, I would have regular bouts of insomnia (probably once every couple of weeks, with really bad ones once a month or so).
Since then, however, I pretty much never get it. But that is mostly because, if I can't sleep, I'll just get up and work until I'm tired. And then still be able to get plenty of sleep.
So, it is probably better to think of it that, while I still technically get insomnia, it just doesn't bother me any more.
...unless I have to get up in the morning for a meeting or appointment or something...
