I've had vegetarian buffalo wings. Not bad, surprisingly. You might question how you can make buffalo wings without meat, but then I would demand to know how you can make buffalo wings without buffaloes, and don't give me that "it's the city" crap of an answer. That's just stretching it.

But I don't understand the point of NOT eating meat, yet wanting your food to look as much like meat as possible.
