I received my numbered DVD a few weeks ago from England.

I wonder if the band will have them onsale at tomorrow nights concert at the Nokia Theater in Times Square?

Did anyone download the mp3/flac version of this?
If so could you forward me the artwork. I purchased
the dvd when it came out and burned an audio copy
to cd; then a few months back the band made it
available for download w/ artwork cut for cd.

Bump: this is finally being released domestically on March 10, 2009. (The prior release was a UK export edition.)
