Are these two CD sets or twofer CDs? The price would seem to indicate that these are single CDs.

These are all 2-CD sets. However, each two-fer's contents would easily fit on one CD. I assume there was some contractual/royalty-based reason that Collectors' Choice had to issue them as 2-CD sets. That said, they're all pretty terrific...the early ones if you go for Mathis in his romantic mode, the later ones if you dig his kitschy, groovy cover versions.

That's why I asked. Personally, I think they should be either issued as twofers or individual titles. But I guess they're being offered for the price of a single disc, so whaddya I know?
