Unfortunately, I don't get every game over here, but I've been downloading some matches to keep current.

Go Celtics!!!!!!

Although I gotta say, I don't think they're gonna take the title.

And I'm also rooting for the Rockets (always giggle saying that), but with Yao Ming possibly out, they could be in trouble. But, Artest and Battier are more than capable of stepping up, so who knows.

Game 6 Rockets Vs Lakers

Halfway point. What a first quarter from Scola so far.

And baaaad call from the refs on the Kobe/Artest technical foul. That was ridiculous. Bryant fouled him, sure, but it was NOT deserving of a technical.

You and I like some of the same teams.

I think Cleveland is also one to beat.

Yeah, Cleveland are definitely a real worry.

Phenomenal output at the moment.

I think the Cavs are the team this year.

I want Garnett to give his knee as much rest as possible.

I'm not worried about the Cavaliers at all.

My favorite would be the Cavs -- but only because of LeBron. He's such a historical freak, a perfect basketball player and just a fine human being to boot. Such a good head on his shoulders -- I want him to win badly.

The only team that would cause divided loyalty for me is Houston -- huge Battier fan, and believe it or not I like Artest (always have, for some reason).

He is so mature, well spoken (relatively; you can still hear the Akron projects in his speech), so focused, and so basketball-savvy that I keep waiting to hear he has dog fights in his backyard, or he's bitten Shamwow Vince on the tongue, or made it 'rain' at a strip club or something. I mean, the two worst knocks on him on a personal front are 1) that he's not married to the mother of his children (although she does live with him) and 2) he didn't finish high school.

He's been a blast to watch and it's super extra double good that he's on my team.

IAWTP (except no claim on the team)

Wow.

I'm surprised that Orlando won game 1.

Well done.

Actually, you know what, Cleveland sucked that game. Lebron played well, but the others did nothing to support him. They failed to step up, just played submissively to Lebron the whole time.

That's not how a championship team plays. That's not how someone with their season record should be playing.

I have one big problem with LeBron James, although it's not
LeBron's fault. Seven years ago, when the Olympics opened
in Salt Lake City, I knew what the cover to Sports Illustrated
was going to be. It had to be the 1980 gold medal champion
Olympic hockey team igniting the torch to open the games.
Instead, Sports Illustrated ran a cover story on a young high
school phenom LeBron James.

I don't care if James breaks all of Michael Jordan's records
and wins more championship. In my opinion, SI's decision was
unconscienable.
