We talk a lot about food here at IMWAN. Our fav' foods and what we had for dinner. I was wondering what people like to have when they're on the run or just too busy to have a full meal. So what's your fav' snack? Mine is a nice refreshing cup of broccoli yogurt and a glass of asparagus juice. How about you?

Giardetto's...it's a bag full of mini breadsticks, pretzels, these awesome tasting round/flat dark croutons (pumpernickel colored)...good quick salty snack fix food.

I can't pick just one. This runs into sub-categories like "Favorite chocolate", "Favorite candy," "Favorite salty, crunchy snack," "Favorite dried fruit," etc.

So let me put it this way: Your boat runs ashore of a desert island and you're swimming to shore. You have chosen one snack food to take with you and one one. You will have to survive on it and only that. Which snack food would you take with you?
