Kenny Chesney Prepares To Release Second Greatest Hits CD

Nashville, TN (CNS) - Kenny Chesney prepares to do something he hasn't done in nine years. Chesney will release a second volume of greatest hits. Chesney's Greatest Hits: Vol. 2 will feature a dozen hit singles and a collaboration with Dave Matthews. A track off of Songs From An Old Blue Chair and "Out Last Night," a song he recently wrote with Brett James will be included on the CD.

Chesney fans may be a little disappointed to find that not all the radio favorites will make it to the new album. Kenny admits he doesn't keep track of all the music that he has made because he's loving and enjoying every moment and not keeping score. Chesney says he realized all the songs that weren't going to make it on the new CD and it hit him how much music he and the band have made since their first Greatest Hits CD.

The tracks that will find their way on Vol. 2 will include "When The Sun Goes Down" (with Uncle Kracker), "Down The Road" (with Mac McAnally), "Living In Fast Forward," "Young", "Summertime," "Beer In Mexico," "There Goes My Life," "Anything But Mine," "I Go Back," "Never Wanted Nothing More," "No Shirt, No Shoes, No Problems," "The Good Stuff," "Be As You Are," "I'm Alive" (with Dave Matthews) and "Out Last Night."

Greatest Hits: Vol. 2 is scheduled to hit store shelves on May 19.
