Ugh...live stuff. Thank you, no.

I'm definitely up for the live stuff-that 13 minute version of "Fear" and the cover of "If 6 Was 9" sold it for me right there. I'd love to a remaster of "Mama Said" that is my favorite album of Lenny's and there's plenty of bonus material available for that.
I remember seeing a Fishbone concert in New York at the World Stage in '91 and there was this guy with tattoos, sunglasses and crazy hair and a big floppy 70s hat standing right next to us. I leaned over to my friend Craig and yelled (because the horrid opener was on), "Look at this douchebag who thinks he's Lenny Kravitz. What a loser. Guy needs a frickin' life". Then Craig yelled back, "That IS Lenny Kravitz". I said, "Oops". Lenny pointed at us with a smile, and walked away. That was a definite Rock n' Roll moment for me.

I'm in. The live set looks good, the demos on disc 1 are intriguing, and I've never owned his version of "Cold Turkey", only hearing it once on the radio. Nice looking set.

Funny story, IP. Ever wonder how many times somebody's done that without confirmation (not just for Kravitz, of course)?

This was pushed back to May 19, so it should be out next week!

The live disc is excellent, well worth the price to re-purchase. Over-all nice package.
