And I got a few pictures which I will post tonight. I got Aaron Douglas (Chief Tyrol from BSG), Marina Sirtis and Peter Mahew.

Sorry, Robert, Whilce Portacio was away from his table ALL FREAKING DAY. And I walked by there ALOT.

My haul wasn't huge as there were really no comic creators other than Ethan Van Sciver that I cared about (seriously, who cares about McFarlane and Liefeld? I know I don't.) so I cared more about the scifi actors that were there. I got an Aaron Douglas autographed picture and got my picture taken with Brent Spiner. Lou Ferrigno was there but I've heard he isn't very personable and his show was before my time anyway. Gil Gerard and Erin Gray were there too, but I've never seen Buck Rodgers so they were Aquaman to me. Jo Chen is cute but I'm partial to Asians anyway. There was a guest who was Steelers fan there, it might have been Kaare Andrews but I didn't ask. Steve Rude was there too but I've never really read his stuff.

My first comicon ever was fun. I enjoyed meeting Brent Spiner and Aaron Douglas, they were both super nice. Brent is very funny. That is all.

No problemo, I had to wait for Bradstreet to get there on Sunday to get the last 3 items in my bag signed. I had all but his stuff signed 30 to 45 minutes into the afternoon. :ohyes:

What was the Dallas one like? There were tons and tons and tons of anime fans at mine dressed as their favorite characters from whatever weird ass show they watch over and over.

Dallas was kind of small, but the Dealers room had alot of dollar bins, I picked up 12 books for $4 total in 3/$1 bins. If I had stayed longer I would have spent more. I only saw a few costumes on Sunday(the only day I went): Darth Vader, a Guy Gardner Green Lantern, a really weak Rorscach and a table of Browncoats in the Dealers room. I'd relist what I bought and what I had signed, but they're here:

Also, Admiral Motti (David LeParmentier) from Star Wars was there. He's the guy Vader chokes (but not to death) in the board room.

The GF was blown away by the art plates on Bernie Wrightson's table, I think she'll be OK with me picking up the Frankenstein edition with his plates now with no problem.

And Chase Masterson. She was there too. I'm not too sure who she is but apparently she had a small role in DS9. I've never seen her episodes.

I met Gil Gerard 2 years ago, and he was great, but Erin Gray runs some kind of sci fi guest company that supplies guests to various cons, and so is very mercenary about her autographs. I got one anyway, but I would have liked it better if while there was a cost, if she had seemed more friendly.

Glad you got to meet Brent Spiner. He's rather awesome with his fans.

That wasn't my experience at all when I met him at WizardWorld 2007. He was extremely friendly and shook my hand and talked to me about ...AND GOD SPOKE (a silly indie movie in which he and Andy Dick played Cain and Abel, respectively).

Monk and Steve Horton were off in line for hot dogs or something, so I had the guy all to myself. He's a LOT shorter than I expected him to be.

She played Leeta, a dabo girl who eventually married Rom, Quark's brother.

She's a terrible actress, and has one of the worst boob jobs I've ever seen. I hear she's nice in person, though.
