I've heard this term three times in the last week. I understand what it means from the context, but I had never heard it before. Is it new?

First I heard of it was when the movie of the same name came out a year or so back.

Never heard of the movie. I had to Google it just now. So maybe it's new, then.

Not that new.

I first heard it from a former corporate clone who now owns her own business but still talks the talk. I want to throttle her regularly.

Is throttling her on your bucket list?

The first i heard was the movie. THey explained it in the trailers. I assumed the movie hadn't invented it, but I did not know it before.

Huh. Without TV I miss a lot of commercials for smaller, non-geek films, so this totally went over my head. Jeff should be beaten with big sticks.

I would guess they knew it wasn't a hugley known term and that is why they had the trailers explain it (through the characters).

Again? At least a day off once in a while, please.

I feel the same way when I read some of the management-speak and political correctese in "Library Journal." Glad our state conferences don't usually include too much of that.
