Musictap is reporting that Shout!Factory is releasing a B.B. King DVD called Live in Africa '74 and is due out on February 24th.

In 1974, when then-heavyweight champion George Foreman was preparing to fight former world champion Muhammad Ali for the historic “Rumble in the Jungle” in Zaire, Africa, another stage was being set, that of concert festival. I rented this from Netflix a while back. I thought it was pretty good IIRC.

Yep, this is the same one I've seen before. I guess this is being released as new because the 1998 version is out of print. It's a good show.
