2009 DVD - James Roger McGuinn [known professionally as Roger McGuinn] is probably best known as a founder member of legendary American band The Byrds. McGuinn embarked on a successful solo career, recording albums and performing with a number of bands, and also performed as part of Bob Dylan’s legendary Rolling Thunder Review in 1975 and 1976. In the late 70s McGuinn hooked up with former Byrds colleagues Gene Clark and Chris Hillman in the short lived soft rock trio McGuinn Clark and Hillman before returning to a solo career which continues to this day. This DVD captures an intimate solo performance from Roger with a set list jam packed with Byrds classics.
