I cannot recommend this game enough. Game of the year, in my opinion.

Just re-reading a review on the game that says the following questions are all answered:

Why does Snake look so old?
Who does Ocelot really work for?
What's going on with FoxDie?
How is Vamp not dead yet?
What ever happened to Naomi?
Are any MGS3 characters still alive?
Can Raiden actually be cool?
Where is the corpse of Big Boss?
Seriously, the Patriots. What the hell?

Just thinking about some of the revelations in this game makes me want to play through it all over again. The story behind Ocelot is awesome. I love how they handeled that. I was disappointed with the Vamp explanation, though. I figured that was where they were going, but I don't like it. Seems lazy. However, the corpse of Big Boss was very well done. There is a sequence in the middle of the game that is phenomenal. The story alone would make this game worth buying but they didn't stop there. The gameplay is vastly improved over previous games in the series. The camoflage armor suit is a neat innovation, but the real gameplay improvements lie in the new control scheme and the levels where a PMC is fighting with rebels and you're just trying to make it through to the other side when a wall in front of you is demolished and a Gecko comes crashing through. Overall, with MGS 1-3 this is quite possibly my favorite modern series. Very very tight race with the Metroid Primes. This game is justification for buying a PS3. Period.

I got The Boss Emblem, I kicked ass in this game.

The story was absolutely preposterous, and it didn't make sense. But it was still awesome.

I loved the story but gameplay is more important IMO.

Well, MGS4 doesn't have much of that, I finished in less than three hours, but what it has is pretty cool.

It's the best PS3 exclusive game I can think of off the top of my head.

Early reviews are giving Little Big Planet very high scores, though.

I do want to play that. Is PlayStation Home ever coming out? Sheesh.
