So, not the movie on the Blu? Did it ever get released on Blu - I have the DVD. Recently playing on HBO and I stumbled on it, and just was once again swallowed into watching to the end.

They're pricey deluxe collector's editions.

A24 is an independent film studio and distributer that has a far more diverse slate than just horror. https://a24films.com/films

Just a joke, but if needed to be explained maybe not so funny or folks are too serious. Ah, I figured it was a joke, but I think they're generally best known for their horror output (Everything Everywhere All at Once notwithstanding) so wanted to explain. I probably didn't need to post that, but hey, Renny got to see what type of films they have! Since I wasted everyone's time with this and my previous reply, I will (hopefully) make up for it by posting some useful information. Here's the description for the Collector's edition: Quote: Stop Making Sense: Deluxe Collector’s Edition
40th Anniversary Collector's Edition of Stop Making Sense available in Standard HD Blu-ray or 4K UHD with HDR. Featuring the newly restored and remixed theatrical cut, a 64-page interior booklet with never-before-seen photography, archival production documents, foreword by Jerry Harrison, and more.
Special Features include two extended cuts of the film: a brand new Talking Heads Extended Cut (2023) with previously unseen / newly restored footage from "Cities" and "Big Business / I Zimbra" and the original Jonathan Demme Extended Cut (1985) (1989 LaserDisc Transfer).
Disc also includes: ○ 25-minute making-of documentary edited by Bill Ross IV ○ Jonathan Demme Director Commentary (Recorded in 1999, remixed in 2023 featuring previously unpublished archival audio) ○ David Byrne rehearsal tape (Archival VHS footage) ○ Bonus Songs “Cities” & “Big Business / I Zimbra” (2023 and 1985 edits) ○ 2023 Dolby Atmos and 1984 Original Stereo mixes
Standard HD Blu-ray ○ 1080p High Definition ○ 16x9 Widescreen 1.85:1 Presentation ○ 88 minutes ○ English Dolby Atmos ○ English Stereo ○ English SDH and Spanish Subtitles ○ Color ○ Rated PG ○ 1984
4K UHD Blu-ray ○ 2160p Ultra HD ○ Dolby Vision HDR ○ 16x9 Widescreen 1.85:1 Presentation ○ 88 minutes ○ English Dolby Atmos ○ English Stereo ○ English SDH and Spanish Subtitles ○ Color ○ Rated PG ○ 1984

Actually I was surprised at some of the other titles they have been involved with outside my juvenile preference of horror! What really surprised me is how (moderately) expensive the Blu is, and not too many options of where to buy. Made me wonder if it is a limited release. Looking forward to the CD release though.
