There was a time in my life a few years ago where I ate Spam sandwiches. It was cheap and I was poor. I had the original, turkey and barbaque variants to mix things up. Once I was able to afford real meat, I never bought any anymore... until today. At 1.93$, I figured I could afford a nostalgic indulgance. So, once again Spam is in my cupboard. A single can. Seeing how long I can go before opening the can. Anyway, I want to see interesting Spam pics and nostalgic ads for it in this thread.
Please post.

This may disgust some, but one of the few things I miss about eating meat is SPAM, that shit is good.

I eat it and I am no longer poor. I like the stuff. I send it in hurricane relief packages and food dirves and we usually buy a few cans when hurricanes are coming our way.
Back when I was on radio, the food cupboard we used to raise food for said that protein items were the hardest to get, so I promised to dance for anyone bringing SPAM. Strangely enough, people actually wanted to see what my SPAM dance looked like and would bring the stuff.
Thus ends my stories of SPAM.

About the only thing similar between SPAM® and Treet® is that they come in blue rectangular cans. Treet® is awful!

But....but....the name sounds better than Spam! How could it be bad?
(Not that I'm willing to try it, mind you. There are just some things I'll not willingly put in my body.)
((Regretting that last sentence almost instantly.))

The makers of Klik 1) are apparently the target of labour union action and 2) also make a product called Kam, but I couldn't get a picture of either. Tell us about these meat products and the strike if you could.

MMmm KAM. I've had a lot of canned luncheon meat in my day. My order of best to worst from the fine people at Maple Leaf. KAM is the bestest. I think because it's a combo of chicken and pork, while the other products are just pork. Holiday Luncheon Meat is a close second. The aforementioned KLiK is a close third. Swift Premium pork luncheon meat is a distant fourth.
