Superman a la John Byrne, Walt Simonson, and Neal Adams. (The first one really being a minor modification of Robert's latest Byrne Superman.)

A scan of the first few pages of SUPERMAN: BIRTHRIGHT #1 can be found here:

Jor-El and Lara were also seen with this look in the "For Tomorrow" story in SUPERMAN drawn by Jim Lee, so I suppose you could use the Jim Lee templates.
