Boy, this looks a bit skimpy, even if it does focus on their WB albums. Their cover of Supertramp's "Give a Little Bit" was a sizable hit on radio.

I'll almost guarantee this will end up on BMG club. I'll be waiting........

Don't you know that it's bad luck to name a greatest hits "Volume 1". Even if they get there, the quality always drops for "Vol. 2"

Hopefully the "Name" on the DVD is the original version and not the re-recording on Vol. 1.

Yeah, that's a nice hefty tracklisting. I also hope it's the 95 version of Name, I didn't like the re recorded version. Either way though this looks nice.

I like the trend of including a DVD of videos to accompany greatest hits collections. Even if I rarely play them.

I also like the DVD/videos trend. It appeals to the collector in my soul!

As do I. Much better then a "behind the scenes/interview" DVD that some have included. Those I watch once and never look at them again.

I cant think of another artist that issued 2 Greatest Hits albums literally within months of each other before. Have there been any others?...

Prince, with Hits 1, Hits 2 and the 3-CD set that combined both, with the bonus disc of b-sides.

Both DEVO and Joni Mitchell issued CDs titled Greatest Hits and Greatest Misses at the same time. Those descriptions seemed quite arbitrary.
