It's a encyclopedia of Queen's albums (group and solo), songs, tours & videos. There's an entry for each album and song, with background info and critical analysis. I don't agree with the author's take on Jazz (he thinks it was a step back for the band and not a great album), but the book is great reading and interesting for Queen fans.

It's been out since April and I devoured it rather quickly.

Mike Dawson is a friend of mine and puts out some great books. The preview mini-comic that he put out prior to the completion of Freddy and Me was awesome, so I have no qualms about recommending the finished book.

Brian May is the founding guitarist of the rock band Queen and a longtime astrophysics enthusiast. He recently was awarded a Ph.D. in the field by the University of London. He is the host of The Sky at Night, the author of more than 70 astronomy books, and the co-founder and former president of the Society for Popular Astronomy. Chris Lintott is an astrophysicist who specializes in star formation.
