I believe this is its first physical release. "Underworld" and another Barry track called "Dr Mann" were available last year as downloads only.

Also, that Sheryl Crow track, a cover of Derek & The Dominos' "Keep On Growing", is awesome!

I believe in the past it was an bonus track on Crow's "If It Makes You Happy" CD single, as well as a track on the Boys On The Side film soundtrack CD.
