I was at physical therapy (hip) the other day and I heard this remake of Last Kiss playing in the background, and I thought to myself that is a killer version, much better than the original hit. I didn't immediately find out who sang it, but a little searching turned up Pearl Jam. Anyway, since this is a fairly old song by Pearl Jam, I wonder how much I have been missing as far as other remakes of songs from the 60s go. (I mostly listen to country) Just off the top of my head I have two other remakes that I also listen to frequently: Dwight Yoakam--Sin City (originally by the Flying Burrito Bros. I think) and Dwight Yoakam--Baby Don't Go (originally by Sonny and Cher). If you folks know of any other killer remakes that I should be exposed to please post them, be they rock pop country, whatever. Thanks.
