This is being referred to as a "Deluxe Edition" of the very popular box set from 2018. So, will this be just a straight reissue or have they actually found some additional material to deluxe it with? We shall see.

Now we have the cover image, the tracklist and a packshot. The previous edition is out-of-print, so this new release is necessary regardless. The packaging is more compact compared to the original rectangular book-style box The tracklist is the same. The insert booklet might contain additional material as has been the case for other recent Edsel deluxe reissues, but we'll have to wait for an official description from the label.

Absolutely essential !! Nice that they did SOMETHING for Lulu's 60th Anni Tour. I guess they couldn't put together an all-encompassing 5-CD box 1964-2024, which would have expanded that 3-CD "Gold" 2021 set by 2 more discs. So many labels to license... Wooduh been fab if she kooduh recorded a few new tracks for a new single...

I have the 2018 box. Great stuff. If you don't know much about her other than Shout or To Sir With Love, you're missing some excellent music.

Previously out of print and now reissued in deluxe 7” packaging, Lulu Decade 1967-1976 is a 5CD set featuring 106 tracks including the hits ‘To Sir With Love’, ‘The Boat I Row’, ‘Boom Bang-A-Bang’ and ‘The Man Who Sold The World’. The set is also illustrated with many archive photos.
Available to pre-order now.

The 106 tracks must be a typo, as they total up to 105, same as before. The previous CD book version was 7 - 11/16" x 5 - 9/16" x 1/2", with a 36-page booklet. This new one is "Presented in 7" Deluxe Packaging with an O-ring and 32-page booklet".

Who's in for the O-ring? Ha...
