First official release of the "Smell The Horse" version of Ragged Glory, yes?

i'm pretty sure 'don't spook the horse' was on a CD single, and i know for sure it was on the westwood one rarities on compact disc #17 CD.

'interstate' was also a CD single b-side only release (might have been on the 'broken arrow' vinyl, not sure)

'boxcar' was on 'chrome dreams II"....'born to run'...was on 'archives II"

did they completely skip 'this notes for you' or was on the last one of these?
