Wow, that might be the lowest price for a preorder box set like this that I've ever seen. I've got a $60 Visa gift card just waiting to be used, and I think I know what I'll be using it on.

I received my box set yesterday but haven't had a chance to play any of it yet. The set itself is really nice. It reminds me of the Dylan "Bootleg Series" box sets, with a sturdy outer box and two inner "books", one an actual book and one a folder housing the discs. I think it's slightly larger than the Dylan sets, though. I really hope they do more of Elton's albums like this...and offer them in the same price range.

I already emailed Universal about the replacement disc. Got an automated reply that they'll be sending those out in early July.

Also, when requesting your replacement, include a phone number. Apparently required for the customs stuff.

Got my replacement disc yesterday. I'd actually forgotten all about it!

I've kept a tab open in my browser w/the article just so I wouldn't forget about it.
