These are newly remastered. I have World's Apart and Heads Or Tales. They've never sounded better, especially Heads Or Tales. The rest are coming today.

FYI, these are re-mastered by Eike Freese, per the booklets.

Such a great band, still making high-quality music.

Nope. Well, Heads Or Tales has an extended version of Cat Walk. I just received the rest of what's been put out so far today.

Detours Live and Full Circle aren't being released until Dec. 10.




Me either (neither?). But he did a good job on these. I do know my 2002 copy of Heads isn't all that great. This version is nice.

Is Human Condition going to get remastered?

I love that album.

That I don't know. It seems that they're rolling things out 2 at a time. So, next should be Network and Trust.

They've done the live stuff also, so I'm going to assume that they'll roll out The Chapters Live and Worlds Apart Revisited. Worlds live has been OOP or extremely expensive, so I hope they do that for those who don't have it (I do). It had a DVD to go with it, too.

Of course, I don't know what they have access to regarding licensing rights.

How are these discs packaged?
Jewel cases (please) or some cardboard contraption?

Not too bad. It's the cardboard jewel cases with the placeholder for the disc. Nice booklets.

Exactly like that. I had just woken up and my foggy brain couldn't remember what they were called. I'm always like that in the morning.

As for the sound of these, they're perfect. The 2015/2016 remasters that got started but never finished were really loud. Not these. They are remastered (per liner notes) and the sound levels are just right. As I stated way above, Heads Or Tales sounds fantastic. The earlier (2002?) remaster sucked.

That said, I've bought them all and recommend them.

I wanted to add they've also done the live stuff up to Detours. So, here's hoping they do The Chapters Live and Worlds Apart Revisited, which the latter had an accompanying DVD of that show. I have both of the original releases and those shows are dang good.
