This feels very much of the legal but not legal area.
No idea what label SFM is and slapping on extra tracks unrelated feels fairly like a bootleg.
I'd be shocked if the band had anything to do with this as their official live releases are on Rhino now and were on Frontiers.

SFM is "The Store For Music", a longstanding British label which issues licensed material only, mostly vintage UK music shows on DVD, occasionally CDs such as this one.
