I saw the present day Focus on CTTE 2017, jolly fellas. And we are excited they will return in 2018. Focus music really is the definition of Prog. Every influence is contained in their music.

Fantastic band, 'Moving Waves' is a desert album for me and 'Live At The Rainbow' is one of the best live albums I have in my collection.
I have their catalogue on special limited Japanese CD pressing so I am good here. To be honest, the previous Red Bullet Focus releases didn't do much for me.
And Geff, as for unreleased tracks, the album 'Ship of Memories" was a mop up of left over tracks to meet label commitments.
1. Virtuous Woman 2. Blues In D 3. Maximum 4. Sneezing Bull 5. Sonata For Flute 6. House Of The King 7. Angel Wings 8. Little Sister/What You See 9. Hocus Pocus
I haven't played it in so long I don't have an opinion. Philip Catherine is on guitar. I do remember having a hard time getting past the super fast version of Hocus Pocus on Rainbow.

Oh, I have that (being the completest that I am) but if I played it more than 3 times I be very surprised. This was latter day Focus and I feel this album is weak.
The BBC one I mentioned actually was recorded with the original band and before the 'Rainbow' recording.

I think I have a "gray area" copy of that.

These have to be reissues of the Red Bullet remasters, still a decent way to fill in the holes in the collection. If these were new remasters they would have told us via advertising.

I've kind of said this repeatedly with different words; but I miss the days when "remaster" almost always was synonymous with improvement. That isn't the case anymore.

Good price.
But no mention of re-mastering. I personally don't trust Red Bullet any longer from previous experiences and purchases.
You don't trust them because they repackage versions of CDs using versions that are already out there, or they release CDs of dodgy quality? I don't have any of their albums. But if they do crappy things with the music, I may pass.

If the Golden Earring set is any indication this set will use previously available mastering, I believe Red Bullet did the majority of the Focus catalogue from 2001 to 2008.
This is a good deal for those who have not stayed in Focus..
