This should be a great collection. Too bad about that cover. I think Atlantic Records needs a new art director. They had a good staff when I worked there, but it's been 22 years since I left and I have no idea who their graphic designers are.

2 drum solo's..........
Fine by me.
I love solos and Simon Kirke is criminally underrated.
His solos were usually short and to the point.
This is the first official live release from the full, original lineup-hard to believe. (Not counting the semi-official 1976 boot from New Mexico that was yanked because of legal reasons).

i didn't say if it was good or bad, i was just pointing out that there is a drum solo on each disc....i don't think, in all my years, i have ever seen 2 drum solos on one album before, ever.

It's 2 separate shows.

That reminds me – about 15 years ago, Rhino put out some horrible covers. They looked amateurish with cheesy concepts and awful type treatments. *shudder*

Bad Company have confirmed the release of a double-length live album featuring the classic lineup of Paul Rodgers, Simon Kirke, Mick Ralphs and Boz Burrell.
It’s the only official live title to feature the original members since Live In Albuquerque was released in 2006, then withdrawn for legal reasons. Bassist Burrell died that year.
Bad Company Live In Concert 1977 & 1979 was recorded at the Summit in Houston, Texas on May 23, 1977, and at the Empire Pool, London – the old name for Wembley Arena – on March 9, 1979. In addition, the record features a cover of Jimi Hendrix’s Hey Joe, taped in Washington in June 1979.

Not to offend anyone; my response to first listen is a big "MEH". The 1st album & a greatest hits does me. They were better in the studio. Live, Rodgers was better as a solo artist then he was with Bad Co. imo.
How a combo of Mott & Free ended up this mediocre still blows me away 40 years later!
