Description
On her new album Uncovered, acclaimed singer/songwriter Shawn Colvin shines with sublime sensitivity, casting new light on songs from some of the most admired writers in popular music history. I'm a big fan. The only Colvin cd I don't like is her other cover set, so I'm going to want to hear this one. Too bad DC didn't sing on the Nash track!

i am surprised that you didn't like 'cover girl'........not only one of my favorites by colvin, but that album turned me on to a few artists as well.

Renny, I couldn't tell you why, it just never really hit me. I did own it at one time.

Shawn Colvin has always been hit-n-miss for me - i do own a few discs.
i'm actually happy that this set of covers holds no "must-haves" in my book.

Apparently there will be a Barnes & Noble exclusive version of "Uncovered" with 2 bonus tracks. So far, I have not been able to find out what those bonus tracks are.

we need you.......

tried for almost an hour to find out the 2 bonus tracks on "uncovered" (even called barnes & noble) and ran into a brick wall at every turn....can you use your magic to fond oout what these 2 tracks are?

A skim of the Internet reveals nothing ... I don't see the track titles mentioned anywhere ... there is an image of the Barnes & Noble jewel case sticker which says it includes 2 bonus tracks, but doesn't list the specific songs. B&N's own website shows the release as "exclusive" but does not have a tracklist. Concord has no information about this, either.

We're so close to the release date that the information could pop up somewhere at any moment. Or else we'll have to wait for an ICEr to do a reconnaissance mission.

I still can't find out anything on the titles of the two bonus tracks, but the online price for this exclusive B&N version has dropped from $15.33 to $13.87.
