Idlewild South will be issued on Bluray? With 6 bonus tracks mostly tracks from the old ABB box set and a 5.1 mix!

No idea on date of release yet.

Yes I also the update today, wish I could be to hear the new mix in person. Should be another winner!

I'm happy to get an upgrade of that show. The version of Dreams kills. Actually, I'm happy with any Duane-era shows.

Same here. I've never heard a bad or even a mediocre one.

The only mediocre live Allmans I've ever heard was the Yellow (official) double LP in the vinyl days (I think that was post-Duane).

Bump: Two of the UK editions are now available for pre-order. Universal says that the release has been pushed back to November 27th, but listings are still not up on the Amazon USA website.

The September 23, 1970 the second disc of the Allman Brothers Band, "Idlewild South" was published, which "mainly due to the endless tours of the group, 'Idlewild South' was composed and recorded over a period of five months in various cities, including New York, Miami and Macon (Georgia) and part of all this material by testing was successful at shows. Am I incorrect in assuming that this is the same Ludlow Garage Show that I've had as an official release for many years?
