For the first of their two shows at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara yesterday, just my humble opinion that it was pretty amazing all the way around.
They took the stage for Set One at 7:30pm opening with ‘Truckin’ and played for a solid hour. Returned for Set Two at 9:30pm and finished non-stop at Midnight, ending with ‘Morning Dew’ and returning with ‘Casey Jones’ as the encore. While the entire three & a half hours were outstanding, highlights included ‘Uncle John's Band’, ‘That’s It for The Other One’, ‘Dark Star’, ‘St. Stephen’, ‘The Eleven’ and ‘Turn On Your Love Light’. Even Mickie Hart’s segment of ‘Space Jam’ held together.
From what I saw and heard they played musically with an intense level of focus like they really meant it. Phil’s bass playing was spot on and Trey Anastasio obviously did his homework. Bruce Hornsby and Jeff Chimenti really played in the spirit of Keith and Pigpen through their own styles. Along with the huge rainbow that appeared in the sky over the stadium early in the show as the sun was setting (add to that a quick sprinkle of rain drops that evening), the vibe in the audience was amazing.
For all the hype about these shows, this one was a winner. So glad I was extremely lucky to have been there (first and last lottery I’ll ever take part in).
I sincerely hope the box set captures a part what I heard last night.

This is the first time I can remember that a pre-order is up for music that hasn't even been recorded yet. Can anybody think of other examples?
Elvis Presley' was discharged from the army on March 5, 1960. In anticipation of this, RCA had already designated a catalog number for his first single, In its March 7 issue, Billboard reported on this announced release, noting that a song had yet to be chosen, let alone recorded.
RCA prepared a generic sleeve bearing two photos of Elvis and a blurb reading simply, "ELVIS' 1ST NEW RECORDING FOR HIS 50,000,000 FANS ALL OVER THE WORLD". By some accounts, the single had already been certified gold based on pre-orders alone.
"Stuck On You", as well as a B-side, "Fame And Fortune", was recorded March 21, 1960. The masters were rushed to a pressing plant, and a million 45's were manufactured, shipped, and on store shelves within a week (the official release date was March 23.)
By the end of April, "Stuck On You" had topped the Hot 100 chart, staying there for four weeks.

2nd set
Truckin' -> Cassidy Althea Terrapin Station -> Drums -> Space -> Unbroken Chain -> Days Between -> Not Fade Away
Encore1: Touch of Grey
Encore 2: Attics of My Life
I saw (PPV) or heard (Sirius/XM) all 3 of these shows. Tonight was the 3rd best of the 3.........but I thought it was great from drums onward......and it is "the end" (though I still think the end was 1995).

The run is all over the net in HD video, but as the audio is low bit rate Dolby, I haven't bothered. Hopefully the br's are hi res audio, but not sure if I really care anyway........... AFAIC, this is Bob, Phil & there buddies.

If you're not nice
Dead collectors might also be interested in an odd release which follows a week later, a 2CD collection of the music which was played between sets during the Fare Thee Well tour:
