This is kind of funny after my last order had so many problems with scratched discs.

The 3/13 order arrived today. Amongst several screw ups, one was by UPS which delayed the order a week or so.

I had similar checkout problems with their site that others also reported, & when it finally totaled it added & charged me for 1 extra copy of One Million Years B.C. I immediately wrote them; 5 days later they said I could return it (MINUS shipping & handling). I'm obviously not going to return a $3 dvd, just the fact that it took 3 days to ship & 5 to respond to my email is pathetic.

At any rate, the order arrived today. No scratched dvd's. And instead of 1, they sent me 4 extra dvd's & only charged me for 1, so I'd say I'm about even with Fox at this point! I'd also say their website is Fubarred beyond belief!

Did you ever fill out a Nielsen diary and mis-report your Fox viewing? You seem more snake-bitten than that guy who was head of the snake handling church and died from a snake bite a few weeks back!

My ordering process went smoothly (what issues are people having - I didn't see anything, but then again, I didn't look, either). No issues with delivery, and although I haven't watched the three I ordered, they appear to be fine.
