The idea here is a pair of songs (or a medley) on an album that you can't think of listening to without listening to the preceding or following song. Examples would be The Beatles' "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Heart's Club Band" and "With a Little Help From My Friends" and Queen's "We Will Rock You" and "We Are Champions".
I've never thought of Led Zeppelin's "Heartbreaker" and "Living Loving Maid" as inseparable, incidentally, though I'm sure many radio listeners do.

The trick is to find those songs that are linked together rather than those that just naturally flow together back-to-back-to-back like Moody Blues, Tommy, Abbey Road, etc. I'm not sure how No Sugar Tonight/New Mother Nature and Ready For Love/After Lights fit in since they are already combined into single tracks. Likewise, I don't count the Space Intro into Fly Like An Eagle or Sirius/Eye In The Sky, because they're all the same song to me, despite being listed as separate tracks. With that in mind, here's what comes to mind:
Waitin' For the Bus/Jesus Just Left Chicago — ZZTop
Ballad of Dwight Fry/Sun Arise — Alice Cooper Lord Have Mercy On My Soul/When Electricity Came to Arkansas — Black Oak Arkansas

Pink Floyd: Empty Spaces/Young Lust
Rush: 2112 pt I Overture/pt II Temples Of Syrinx (even though 2112 is 7 parts it's these two that are inseparable and have always been played live together-there's no way they'd play just the one)

Re: the Abbey Road medley, I tend to hear two medleys, one beginning with "Sun King" and the next beginning with "Golden Slumbers". Also, neither "You Never Give Me Your Money" nor "Her Majesty" strike me as being parts of those medleys.

The entire Dark Side of the Moon transitions smoothly from start to finish, but the strongest pairing for me is "Time/Great Gig in the Sky" (also my favorites from the album). One just doesn't sound right to me without the other.
