just saw DJANGO UNCHAINED: loved it - classic Tarantino with a mix of Leone. Not for everyone but Tarantino's sensibilities are my own when it comes to movies and entertainment.
Zero Dark Thirty is next on my list of must see flics!

Oh yeah also saw SAFE with Jason Statham on the movie channel...no depth at all but a great little action flic with a lot of cool gun and fight sequences. Statham brings in the awesome. Much better than I thought it would be.

Watched The Expendables 2 last night. Lots of guns and explosions as expected. Rocked my Home Theater. It was fun to see all the 80's action heroes in one spot, even Chuck Norris showed up.

I also watched Dredd. A mediocre tower siege story. The over-the-top violence doesn't mesh well with constant tranquil Slo-Mo view shots. If they had beaten The Raid: Redemption to the punch, and managed to pull that off, you would have had something groundbreaking, and deserving of a classic character adaptation. 2 stars out of 5. Karl Urban was good.
