It's not a fair fight. Doom is handicapped by the fact that he's lame moron.
Now, Jar-Jar vs Doom? Well, Doom still loses, but at least Vader doesn't lose any more dignity.

Ultimately, Doom would like go around taking out lesser Jedi and untrained younglings and whoever else to remove their midichlorians and inject them into himself. So his numbers would be much higher than anyone. Because he would take the midichlorians of both Jedi and Sith, Doom would ultimately be the one to bring balance to the force.
