Thanks guys appreciate the props. Anyway on to the next one. This is another piece in Bill Raupp's Multiverse series. After all the brush work on the Byrne vs Darkseid piece this neo-retro piece was a welcome change of pace. Lines by Anthony Castrillo, Alex Saviuk, Pat Broderick, Ron Wilson, Joe Staton, the late great Dick Giordano and Ethan Van Sciver. Coloring inspiration provided by Gerry Turnbull. If you haven't seen his Walt Simonson ROM piece I highly recommend you check it out.

I added a darker ceiling on the Multiverse 2 piece to coincide with the original cover.

A nice commission with pencils by Mark Bright (why do I suddenly feel compelled to read some Power Man/Iron Fist back issues) and inks by Bob Layton.

I had a dream about this and decided to turn it into a comic strip. I think there might be something seriously wrong with me.

Very nice. Particularly the shading on Tigra's face.

then why ruin it with color, microbrain.

it was drawn in black and white to be in black and white because I am color blind

Color really makes a difference with his commissions. This really works well. Nice job.
