Going on a tangent from Hanzo's GL Costume poll, I'm wondering which costume you think worked the best in live action? Just for the sake of simplicity, let's stick with the modern era of superhero films and say from 2000 on.

Iron Man, easily.
Shit costumes don't neccessarily make a bad movie, BTW -- I hated the Nolan Batman suit but love the films.

Spider-man. Made convincing CGI possible because of the way it looks the same when he's swinging and hopping around. It looked like I always pictured it.

Spider-Man, with Iron Man a close second.

It's a close second for me, but I didn't like the way the webbing pattern was molded over the spandex and I wished the eyes would be more Romita-like, with larger black outlines.

Iron Man.
The costume's history of being updated frequently makes it almost impossible to screw-up on-screen.

Reeve's Superman was perfect!
Iron Man was cool if you like that style of armor.
Spiderman captured the web slinging well like I always imagined.

The new Captain America movie is already an epic fail because they got the costume right back in 1979 for the TV movie:
