Why torture myself again? Because I know this will be fun and should (I say should) cause no problems.
The process is simple, yet tough.
Pick the following:
3 QB
4 WR
3 RB
3 TE
3 K
3 D/ST

Here's the catch for a post-season league-you may pick only 3 players from one team (i.e. 3 Jets, 3 Eagles), so there is a strategy involved. It does take some thinking. So if you play, double check your roster and make sure you didn't pick 4 players from an NFL team.
If we all pick the same QBs or any other position, that is fine because it won't happen for all positions-plus, you might want to pick who you think is going to have one huge game instead of someone who might play 2 or 3 games but not post numbers.
Anyway, hopefully we'll have some people play here.
You can send the rosters to me and I will send my roster to DanO tonight so that way when I see everyone's roster I will have no possible advantage. He'll see mine but I don't care.
Deadline is 12pm EST Saturday and then I will post everyone's rosters before the 4:30 EST kickoff.
There will be NO re-drafting after Week One so pick wisely! Whoever survives after Week One you keep, whoever is gone is gone and you're shorthanded (it will happen to most so don't fear).
I will post the scoring system only if we have enough interest (I'd say at least 4 or 5 teams). Again, let's have fun and make this interesting. If nobody plays I think that means I win.

I do have IP's roster which I received as a PM. I'll sit this one out as I never play Fantasy football, which just doesn't interest me for some reason (I'm sure I'm in the minority). I'll hang on to IP's roster and wish everyone a great time!

No problem guys-it's a tough sell especially at this time of year. So if nobody plays, I totally understand. To be honest I don't know why I want to as I just won my fantasy league for the first time since 1997! (?) I have finished 2nd and 3rd and in the money quite a bit, but I finally got the big cheese.
Again, if nobody wants to do this I shall not be offended and will hope that my bets get me through. Right now I'm looking at New Orleans (-10 1/2), NY Jets (+3 1/2), Green Bay (+2 1/2) and Kansas City (+2 1/2).
I might change my mind on these before the weekend. I don't think a single game is obvious, even the notion the Saints will destroy Seattle.
We shall see.

Not a fantasy football fan either. Don't want the divided loyalties.

I'm sure it's a simple typo because I KNOW you wouldn't be laying 2 1/2 with KC. Maybe getting the points, but not giving 'em.

I'm with you on the Jets and Packers because those games could go either way so why not get the points?
Extra nice to be getting over 3 with the Jets as I've been seeing that one as 2 1/2.

Even though the Saints are so much better than Seattle, something scares me about giving double digits to a home team in a playoff game. I'd never touch that game unless I had to.

I'm not betting, so I wish you luck (especially in the Jets game)

Yes-that was a typo on KC! I think the Chiefs can win that game however-Baltimore's D is not as invincible as it once was.
The Jets are now +2 1/2 but I still like 'em and maybe to win the game outright-I believe the Jets and Colts are 2 teams headed in the opposite direction.
