Okay football fans, who're you picking to win this weekend? I kinda think all the home teams should win, but I'm going with Seattle, Philly, Indy and... I hope not, but I gots a feeling... the NY Jets.

The point is moot. Saints win the Super Bowl.

I'm more interested in Prince providing the half time entertainment. I don't understand the game.

Though smaller on the average, the Rutgers players have ample speed and fine football sense. If they should first receive, our men will form a perfect interference around the orb and with short, skillful kicks and dribbles drive it down the field. Taken by surprise, the Princeton men should be expected to fight valiantly, but in five minutes we will have gotten the ball through to our captains on the enemy's goal and S.G. Gano, ’71 and G.R. Dixon, ’73, will neatly kick it over. None will think of it, so far as I know, but we will without previous plan or thought evolve 'the flying wedge' into a play that shall become famous in only a few short years.

Rutgers over Princeton, 6-4.

None of it matters as LT is going to lead the Chargers to the trophy. Never seen a player so special.

I do like the Saints. Have for many years. My picks are based on my gut, not my heart.

A Chargers/Saints Super Bowl would be very good, yessir.

I'd enjoy that, and in fact that's what I predict to happen. I'm glad my Bengals didn't get in this year, they didn't deserve it the way they played down the stretch.

Saints will go the the Superbowl.

Whatever AFC teams gets there will beat them.

The kids and I picked all of our SuperBowl teams, to see who, if anyone, gets both of their choices to the big game.

My picks, Saints/Chargers, with the Chargers prevailing.

We'll see.

As for this weekend, I'm going with the home team Patriots, Eagles, Colts and my upset, the Cowboys.

Though I would not be surprised if the Colts fold in the first round.

Again.

;)

As much as I want to say it'll be the Bears vs. the Ravens, I'm afraid it probably will be the Chargers vs. the Saints.

I'm a Cowboys fan, and their flame out will most likely continue. I thought Chargers/Saints a few weeks ago, but Shottenheimer is so jinxed in the playoffs for the last 20 years, and I still don't buy the Saints----so I have no idea. The way this season has gone, nothing will shock me, except the Giants being there.

But since I mocked Shottenheimer's playoff games, I'll go with the Chargers as winning it all. And a Chargers/Saints Super Bowl will get a low TV rating.

The Jets beat New England, Seattle beats Dallas(Dallas is finished), the Giants beat Philly, and KC knocks Indy out of the playoffs.

Dammit, figures I couldn't count on the Ravens to win.

My picks for this weekend were:

Colts. Saints. Bears. Chargers.

So far, I've got one win. Let's see if the 3 remaining home teams can hold serve.

The Saints march on.

Don't waste your money betting against them.

Until next week, when they face the Bears.

Yeah, Bears are going to definitely win. Unless they do the supreme choke job or the officials are paid off....
