We all know that Spider-Man and Hal Jordan have the coolest costumes around... but what about the alternative costumes?

Which characters have a second, third, or more set of threads that look awesome?

I'll start this off with the Jusitce "Bat-Mobile" Batman armor --

I love the US Agent/The Captain design. I like it more than the traditional Cap uniform. I would be for it being a permenant replacement if the black areas were blue.

I always like the Walter West future Flash costume, and wished Wally had adopted it when Barry came back instead of the one he currently wears:

Agreed on Spider-Man and USAgent. Especially black and white Spidey. (Black and white, but no greys ... surely Ditko would've approved.)

Pretty dumb. Also, the drawing is sorta wonky.

I always liked this look for Nova.

I'm sure I'm alone in this, but...

Anyone who votes for the Spider-Armor should be immediately banned.

I liked when the then-current X-Men wore this variation on the Silver Age outfits. Wish that had lasted longer:

See, I look at that picture and I can't for the life of me see what people like about Jim Lee's art.

I understand I am in the minority with that opinion, but that stuff is just a step above Liefield to my eyes.

Back on topic, I do like the school uniform X-men/New Mutants clothes. I also used to like it when the New Mutants would put on thier "Graduation Outfits".

That was the easiest picture I could find. But they started wearing that variation a little earlier, when Silvestri was drawing the comic. It's a slightly "sexier" version, where -- for example -- what Kirby et al drew as yellow shorts are replaced by what looks like a yellow thong.

HAWT!

Oh yeah, the graduation outfits were neat too!

What do you dislike? While not perfect, he doesn't seem to have the anatomy issues that Liefeld does and actually draws backgrounds and uses perspective well.

In the minority, perhaps, but not alone.

I've always been partial to Spidey's black costume.

When I was younger I liked Invisible Womans 90's costume more than her classic FF uniform. Now not so much.
