There's a local radio show on in Toronto featuring a guy who calls himself Spaceman. He does a lot of conspiracy theory stuff including on the Illuminati and the New World Order. I listen to him sometimes and while I find the NWO stuff interesting, I have to wonder if he suffers from some sort of mental health issue. Or 2.


Anyways, a couple of weeks back, he did a show in which he claimed a ship called the Olympic had been built at the same time as the Titanic, and was even in the same harbor weeks before the Titanic set sail.He claims that the Olympic had been hit by another ship and suffered a severe gash. Basically, what he says is that the owners of the Olympic, who also owned the Titanic, took everything off the Titanic, including the food, tables and even the fine china and put it on the Olympic. They then hid the fact that the Olympic had a huge hole in it's underside and set sail, renaming the Olympic as the Titanic. They did this because they wanted to claim the insurance on Olympic and could do this if they made as though it had struck an iceburg while out in the waters. Basically, they knew the Olympic would fill up with water and sink once it was out far from land. So thousands died because of an insurance claim.


Ok. So...has anybody heard anything about this? I know all about the Paul McCartney Is Dead And Replaced theory, but this is new to me. Does anybody have any info on this and whether it's true or not?

Don't know about what you wrote, Francine, but there are reports the remains of the Titanic were last seen being beamed aboard what looked to be a curiously shaped alien vessel.

The ship was actually called the Olympic. The ship was in an accident about ten months before the loss of the Titanic. The rumour probably exists because some of the parts destined for the Titanic were used to refit the Olympic, which delayed her maiden voyage approximately one month. Wikipedia has a pretty good history of the Olympic. As for the idea that they could have somehow hidden the hole in the ship without repairing it, judge for yourself.



A couple of interesting facts, though; the Olympic's captain at the time of its accident was Edward Smith, who of course was the captain of the Titanic when it sank the following year. Also, a stewardess and nurse named Violet Jessop was not only on board Olympic during its accident in 1911, she also survived the sinking of the Titanic in 1912 and the third ship of the class, Britannic, in 1916.

Mel's Hole, simply put, is a bottomless hole on property that used to belong to a man named Mel Waters in the Pacific Northwest of the United States. The hole has supernatural properties and many believe it's a hole leading the Hell. Mel Waters' property was declared imminent domain and disappeared shortly afterward.
