"Metallica" by Metallica. "Bad Company" by Bad Company. "Iron Maiden" by Iron Maiden. What's your favorite track that has the same name as the band what sung it?

I can't think of too many. There's "They Might Be Giants" by They Might Be Giants, but I don't really like that song much.

Does "Alex Chilton" by the Replacements count....or must it be a self/titled song?

What about songs that rhyme with the band name, like "Hocus Pocus" by Focus, or "Sex" by The Necks?

No! Look, it's quite simple. Just stay here, and make sure he doesn't leave!

OK, I'm in! I have quite a few:

Iron Maiden-Iron Maiden-(such a kick-ass tune and they still play it live. One of the very first videos I saw on MTV [it was aired Day One] and just watching the roadies in their Eddie masks shining spotlihts as the music went on had me hooked).
also:
Icehouse-Icehouse (another one of the first videos I ever saw and quite a good one-just a little Bowie influenced, yes?)
Wet Picnic-Wet Picnic (very bizarre and long-I only saw the video a few times, once when Peter Wolf was Guest VJ)
Black Sabbath-Black Sabbath (enough said-a masterwork)
Motorhead-Motorhead (damn straight)
Visage-Visage (another MTV fave Year One and a great Synth-Pop New European classic)
Night Ranger-Night Ranger (one of their heaviest songs actually-very cool).
