Wilco is going to be playing there when I'm in Washington next month. Has anyone seen a concert here? Can you get there on public transportation? Thanks in advance.

Wow, there's a trip in the wayback machine!!! I lived in Fredricksburg, VA for a few months, and went to two concerts at Wolf Trap (Johnny Cash, and Stephen Wright the night before I moved back to PA). Can't say about the transportation situation (not that 20+ year old info would still qualify), but I LOVED Wolf Trap. I had such high hopes when they built an outdoor amphitheater in Pittsburgh, but the pooch was deflowered on that project.
Wolf Trap is a wonderful place for a show.
