Product Description
In December 1969, Blue Note Records recorded several concerts of the all-star Jazz Wave tour. The resultant double-album included an exquisite version of "Body and Soul" by the Freddie Hubbard Quartet with Roland Hanna, Ron Carter, and Louis Hayes. Last year, another hour's worth of great performances was dug up from the Blue Note vaults.

Upon hearing the music found, Freddie Hubbard called it "some of my finest playing ever captured on tape." He became enthusiastically involved in the song selection, mixing, and sequence of Without a Song: Live In Europe 1969, and was poised to help promote its release when complications from a heart attack took his life on December 29, 2008.

1. Without A Song 11:06
2. The Things We Did Last Summer 11:13
3. A Night In Tunisia 10:36
4. Blues By Five 9:49
5. Body And Soul 10:09
6. Space Track 12:09
7. Hub-tones 4:39

This is a must - although the description is a little confusing...
There was a resultant double-album...another hours worth of music found...

So I have to assume this is the new music found, rather than an expanded release of said resultant album? Which is?

It's newly-found music, yes. Maybe this article will explain it a little better than Amazon's description did:

Blue Note to Release 1969 Freddie Hubbard Concert

By Jeff Tamarkin

Blue Note Records will release Without a Song—Live in Europe 1969 by trumpet icon Freddie Hubbard, who passed away last December at the age of 70. Recorded at shows in England and Germany, the album features seven tracks performed with an all-star quartet, comprising pianist Roland Hanna, bassist Ron Carter and drummer Louis Hayes. The album captures Hubbard at the peak of his career during 1969’s Jazz Wave on Tour that was produced by Sonny Lester and recorded by Malcolm Addey. After years of being in the Blue Note vaults, last year producer Michael Cuscuna sent the tapes to Hubbard, who enthusiastically embraced the idea of letting the music finally being released. The release date is June 2.

Recorded in Bristol and London, England, and at a date in Germany, Without a Song features Hubbard the title track, “The Things We Did Last Summer,” “A Night in Tunisia” and “Hub-Tones,” in a truncated version that served as the end song of Hubbard’s sets during the tour. The album also includes Red Garland’s “Blues By Five” (a rarely played tune that Miles Davis once covered) and the avant-leaning, tempo-shifting original, “Space Track.”

The double live album referred to in Amazon's description was called Jazz Wave and released way back in 1970. (Not sure if it's ever been reissued on CD.) One Hubbard track from the tour, "Body And Soul", appeared on that set. This new CD includes that track plus a bunch of other unearthed live recordings by Hubbard from the same tour.
