I know nothing about John Carter so I probably shouldn't vote even though I like Tarzan. :)

Tarzan wins for me. I actually put John Carter below David Innes on my ERB scale.

I liked the Mars books better than the Tarzan books.

Have never read either, but I voted for John Carter Of Mars because my Papa (grandfather) loved the character and had a lot (maybe all) of the books.

Man.

Okay, this is easily your hardest poll (heheh... hardest poll) yet, James.

Must mull this one over. I'm edging towards John Carter.

I went Carter.

Just read Warlord of Mars yesterday. To be frank, I didn't really like the two sequels to Princess, which is my favorite fantasy novel ever.

I loved Tarzan but didn't finish the sequel book, found it to be boring.

I can't vote for Carson or Innes?

Okay... Tarzan. Mostly because he and I are so much alike.
