I go Bourne, especially after seeing it yesterday. The way Bourne completely PWNed the CIA is just awesome and Bourne has two advantages Batman doesn't-- a willingness to use guns and to kill people. I think that it's plausible that someone can train themselves to go the extra mile it takes to beat a street thug without a gun, maybe even a trained soldier, but someone who's so good he can take on the CIA?
Plus, I think he could figure out Batman's identity a la Bane and get him at home.

now, the all-powerful, beat anyone comic book Batman vs. Bourne straight from the novels, no contest Bats...

Thanks Hanzo  . I went with Jason Bourne. Bourne is far more cold-hearted, is willing to kill and uses anything and everything including guns. Batman might be able to manhandle punks with guns but no way he can outmanuver Bourne who is trained by the U.S. Government on using weaponery and is a marksman with artillery.
