This has been a lot of fun. I am really digging everyone's entries here.

I enjoyed writing again. Time was tight, but I needed to make time for something like this.
This was a decent turn out for entries. We should do it semi-regularly. Maybe every ten
weeks or so? Keep it genre-based. Maybe a war story next?

Or Noir? Or Scifi? Self Help parody?

We got a taste of Noir in the Round Robins, and it drifted to horror, sort of, and then even to a bit
of SF. Likewise we were doing Detective. I mentioned war because, like western, it wasn't an
area that I had much experience writing before this.

I think war could be a challenge, and there's many ways we could all approach or cross-genre it.

I'm almost ready.

It's longer than I had planned (that's what she said), so you may only get a piece of the story on Sunday.

So...we do what, now? We post it here and then make a separate thread as well? Isn't that double dipping?

I prefer to think of it as 'sloppy seconds', which are fine.

Says the man with the swingin' new bachelor pad. Hide your daughters, folks!

Just make a thread for it and post a link here.

Your love for me is so transparent.

And you see that title over my avatar, bitch?

That says IMWAN MOD.

Know what that means? It means I work EVERYWHERE, and my powers are not limited to one board.

So if you're going to get on your knees for someone around here (like we could stop you anyway)...

War. What is it good for.

OK, I am starting to ponder now.

War could be cool. Probably shoot for the middle of December.

I have a WW2 Captain America story I've been batting around my brain... lots of war in it... would that work?
