Thanks, Ross :)

Here's another colouring job for Gerry, this time done over John Byrne's lineart:

Thanks :)

This is a piece I did this afternoon, something that I'll be colouring and turning into a print. Probably.

And, yeah, it's inspired from the one deputy from Planet Terror ;)

Doctor Strange.

Yeah, I'm trying out a slightly different pencilling style, something to really be able to take advantage of during the colouring process. Which this piece is most definitely intended for.

Great job on that Superman. I love how you colored the blue areas and that's my major problem with the way the vast majority of colorists color Superman.

WoW! The cor (or colour) really finishes the piece! By the way, I think you should sign it so you can get credit! :D

BTW, Ian, who's your favorite superhero? Who's your favorite superhero artist? Who's art was the most fun to color out of the many you have?

Iron Man.

Hmm...I'm gonna say Jim Steranko.

Probably Bob Layton...although Todd Nauck is a close second.

Very nice Ian. Broken record, but I really love the way you color stuff.

As a sidebar, the things you've shared with me here about Photoshop, color theory, and other things have had a huge impact on my job. I'll try to post some stuff I've been doing later.

Thanks Ian. You're a Prince among thieves.

Thanks, Judge D00D

...uh, but isn't the prince the one who gets all his stuff stolen by the thieves, then? ;)

Thanks, Marcus :)

It's one of those funnybook things that I doubt could ever really translate well to movies or TV...which is one of the reasons why it works so well
