Just updated the front page with a focus on two projects:

(1) VOICES OF THE CURE, which is a sci-fi anthology that the proceeds are donated to the Americans with Diabetes Association to help fund the search for a diabetes cure. I donated my time to the project to do the design and technical specs for the front and back covers. The book only costs $9.05 and I would like to encourage anyone from IMWAN who can afford it to contribute to the cause. Everyone from the writers to the cover artist to me contributed their time and efforts pro bono so that your purchase of the book brings maximum $$$ to the ADA. Plus you get top-notch sci-fi short stories from some of the best of the current crop of sci-fi writers. It's also available as a $3.00 PDF download if you prefer. (LINDA!)

The editor, Jim Palmer and most of the writers will be at DRAGON CON next week where copies of the book will be available and a copy signed by Jim and ALL the writers will be auctioned off (with the auction purchase money all going to the ADA of course). If you're going to DRAGON CON, pop by the table and tell Jim that Keith Howell sent you.

(2) A "sneak peak" at SUPER-HEROIC TALES coming from Wildcat Books in October. All my work is done on the book, from costume designs to interior illustrations, to covers, to fact-file pages on the characters, to a prose introduction. The project is almost finished up with the book designer and should soon be heading to the printer for a street premiere at the DOC-CON in La Plata, Missouri on Oct. 21, 2007. La Plata being the birthplace of Lester Dent (Kenneth Robeson) himself.

As soon as this book is officially available for online orders from publisher, Amazon, etc. I will post a new update both here and at my website. I will also be posting samples of the cover and interior art once I've been given the go-ahead. Until then, all I can offer is the "sneak peak" at my website.
