Bump: This has been pushed back again, this time to December 8th. Also, it is now scheduled to be a hardcover edition rather than a softcover.

Man, this thing has been bumped and postponed so many times... I remember it was originally announced as coming out in summer 2013. I wonder what the holdup is? In this latest case I hope it's something cool like he's adding a new chapter at the end to cover the recent reunion activity, rather than just another delay.
