The DVD mentioned in the book's description is not yet listed for pre-ordering, so let's all keep an eye out for that.

I've read that this book is supposed to be tied in with some sort of a live compilation. Hopefully it WILL be BBC stuff and not the 1990s and beyond which have been documented to death already.
